We had everything we needed available and were notified of the few things we needed to bring. Having the washer/dryer on site made it so much easier to unpack once we got home! I would definitely stay here again.

The unit has 1914 Square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a private splash pool, sleeps 6-10 comfortably and is only a short walk from the main clubhouse. It’s decorated with high quality, aesthetically pleasing, furniture. The kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The unit has ceramic tile throughout including the main floor and in each bathroom. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and the living room has comfortable seating throughout. The private lanai and splash pool is south facing with an extended overhang and is a perfect respite after a long day of having fun. It’s equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy while watching the kids splash in the pool (optional pool heat $15/night recommended October through April). Please view the photos and list of amenities provided to enhance your stay.BEDROOMS – The Master bedroom is upstairs and features a king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third, a double bunk bed that is roomy enough to sleep four children. The second bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is on the main floor with an adjacent bathroom. Each bedroom has a 32 inch TV. LIVING ROOM - The living area has two couches, a 55 inch flat panel LED TV with DVD/Blu ray player. There is free Wi-Fi internet and cable and an oversize dining room table. KITCHEN/DINNING ROOM – This open concept kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you would have at home. It’s perfectly set up so you don’t miss out on any of the conversation in the kitchen, living or dining room. The oversize seats allows you to increase the dining room seating capacity to 10. AMENITIES- There is a wide array of kid’s toys and this unit has a long list of extra appliances along with wireless internet and free long distance calling. Your Vacation begins when you walk in the front door. Paradise Palms is located in Kissimmee just off of Hwy 192. Its a 5 minute drive to the entrance to Disney and there are plenty of great restaurants, shopping and gift shops in a 2-3 mile radius
