This home is located on Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful, gated subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for the other attractions, such as Old Town, Seaworld & Universal, and also for restaurants & shops.
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12 (or 14 with a queen air mattress). There are 3 master bedrooms: the 1st master, located upstairs, has a king sized bed, one of the smaller masters downstairs has a queen-size bed and the other has twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 6th bedroom has a full size bed. A queen air mattress for the loft area is available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher,refrigerator-freezer, oven, range, pots & pans, glasses, plates etc. The large dining room table seats 8 people comfortably and the bar seats a further 4 people. There is also a good sized table on the patio, under the lanai, that seats at least 6 people. A gas grill is also located on the deck.
There are a total of 6 TVs throughout the home with a plasma TV & BluRay DVD player in the living room, a plasma TV in the upstairs master, a plasma TV in the downstairs queen master bedroom, a plasma TV in the upstairs queen room, a TV in the upstairs twin room, and a plasma TV in the loft area. The home also has free wifi and free phone calls within the US and Canada.
The pool area is southfacing with lake views. The community has a nature trail/jogging track around the large lake and alligators, deer & water birds are a common sight. Fishing is allowed on all of the lakes at Cumbrian Lakes. There are also soccer nets and a children's playground located on the community.
The games room has a pool table, darts and air hockey. The home is equipped with a playpen and high chair.
The home is fully equipped with towels and linens and has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
