Great place for a family!
This property was clean and provided everything we needed for our entire stay. We were here for seven days and incidentals like toilet paper and garbage bags were provided for the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils so we could make dinner. We loved the screened patio. This place is so much more comfortable than being in a hotel room with kids. We are happy we found this rental and would definitely use it again in the future. Thanks Rich!

Great stay!
Efficient check-in; property as described; overall great value! The townhome was clean and practical. Living, kitchen, and small bath (shower only) downstairs. Two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry closet upstairs. Screened in patio looking out onto batting cages and basketball courts. Just a short (5 minute) walk to the resort's main pool area with water slides and lazy river. Recreation room with video arcade, shuffleboard, pool table, and (scheduled) activity center adjacent to pool also. Responsive owner (Rich) - contacted him regarding minor issues noted upon arrival, issues were addressed while we were out to dinner. Rich was also easy to work with (prompt replies, transparent transaction). Would absolutely visit Rich's property again. Stayed 5/26-6/1/2017. Thanks, -dh
