The interior of the home was completely renovated by an interior designer who achieved a very unique, modern, open concept, luxuriously appointed design. The list of upgrades goes on and on starting with the contemporary, kitchen, granite countertops, custom l-shaped breakfast bar with seating for 6, porcelain/marble tile, wood stairs and flooring throughout. The washrooms are also all brand new with granite countertops/custom cabinetry.
Our home has 2 master bedroom/ensuites on the main floor – one opens to the pool area. There is a third king size bedroom on the second floor which has a conservation view. All of the other bedrooms have brand new contemporary bedroom suites with new queen beds/mattresses. All bedrooms have new 40 inch led tv ‘s.
The garage/games room has a pool table and large air hockey game. A new play station with various games completes the games package. Guests can also take advantage of the community pool, tennis and other resort amenities that are offered at windsor palms resort.
The pool and spa were designed to complement the nature view. There is a large deck with lanai and ample space for our guests. The pool has a custom waterfall which is equipped with an led light for night-time use. There is an over-sized brand new heater which ensures optimal heating of the pool/spa.
