House is in great location for Disney with maximum 10 minutes drive to Magic Kingdom and less to the other 3. Plenty of nearby eating places and supermarkets. Heated pool is a great facility and is covered in price of villa, we have stayed at other villas in the area which charged extra for this it is also very private and not overlooked. The games room was added bonus and gave another chill out option after long day at the parks. House was clean and with basics such a tea and coffee available even though we did not find this out before we had bought some - doh! That will teach us to check out the cupboards. Brian was fantastic and even provides 75c for the last toll booth, our previous holiday we hit the same booth without any change and as its unmanned this was appreciated. He was in touch during and after the holiday asking if all was okay. We even damaged a door while there and had it fixed and on our return he was even willing to cover half the cost - we of course turned this down but the offer was unexpected and welcome. Would definatley use again.

Beautiful house in a great location
Spacious and well equipped house with everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi didn't get much use but were lovely. Fantastic games room too. Perfectly located to all amenities and attractions. Kitchen already stocked with the basics (salt/pepper/tea/coffee) and Em was available for a couple of issues we had during the week. Communication from Brian prior to arrival was also excellent. Very close to disney parks....
Very nice spacious and well kept villa, located extremely close to the disney parks. Owner very friendly and helpful, even down to the small change attached to directions in welcome pack for the tolls!....nice touch. The pool and jacuzzi was well maintained and no problems there. The kitchen even had the well needed supplies all sitting on the shelves waiting....ie tea/coffee etc. If there was one fault, I cant think of it! Ive never been a man of many words, so thats about it. Totally recommended, had a wonderful, stress free, relaxing as it can be holiday to the disney parks, with not much travelling to and fro. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
We had a 2 week stay in this fantastic Villa. It had every single thing that you could wish for. Great location not far from the 192 and suitable for our party of 6 aging from 20-74. Celebration Villa is only 3.8 miles to Disney, and has 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 3 bathrooms. It has a fantastic 30ft heated swimming pool with hot bubbling spa. There is a purpose made fully air-conditioned games room with slate bed pool table, air-hockey, darts and PlayStation 2 with some games. Each bedroom has an LCD TV and DVD player and there is a broadband Internet network available free to guests who wish to take an enabled laptop with them.

For your Orlando / Kissimmee / Disney vacation - Celebration Villa has got to be your first choice. Right on the doorstep of Disney it takes less than 10 minutes from the villa to any of the Disneyworld parks. It's so close you can even sit on the pool deck and watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks!!!
