This property is beautiful! I highly recommend staying in this town home. It was perfect for our party of 11. The private pool was a plus for the kids. They also liked the free game room at the clubhouse. There was a Publix very close to stock up on groceries & other necessities (we stocked up on paper towels,TP, wash cloths-there were 2). There was a sufficient number of towels,but I did laundry everyday so we never ran out. Although, we didn't use the grill there was one available for us for no extra charge. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels (or purchasing them) when you get to FL-they are not supplied. Parking is very limited & the garage is very small-so as long as you have a smallish car it will fit & someone can park behind you. We actually arrived around 2AM & parked about 1/2 block away-not a big deal just be aware that the parking is scarce if you have multiple vehicles. Be aware that there are 2 gates. We arrived around 2 AM & figured this out the hard way. We rang the gate & no one answered. Finally, got a hold of another one of our family members that arrived earlier & she gave us directions to the 2nd gate. We spoke to the gate man who knew we where ringing for help, but didn't answer....apparently we were at the gate for the private residents NOT for vacationers-he seemed a little put out! I was very really in no mood to listen to his take on things at the resort after driving 17hours. We found our home & parked. I really have no complaints & highly recommend this place. Be aware that the traffic is at times horrible so you may need to plan accordingly for trips...I would also suggest purchasing a SunPass for the multiple tolls that you will need to pay for on your trip. Great Vacation & will stay here again.

Beautiful home, inside and out.
The house was beautiful and beautifuy furnished, really helped us settle in for our vacation quickly. Monica was always so helpful if we ever needed anything. Thank you for having us :)

Great holiday!
Beautiful new house! It was fully stocked with the exception of some tea towels, dishcloths and face cloths. Lots of sleeping room. Very accommodating, would definitely rent from Monica again!

Amazing house and beautifully decorated.
The house is beautifully ddecorated, lots of space especially the family room upstairs. The kitchen was open and had a lot of space especially for making meals. The layout of the kitchen, living room and pool area was great. Easy to watch the children swim and have them close by. The main cabana is a short 2-3 minute walk from the house and a great place to spend the day. The kids loved the arcade! We will definitely be going back!

Brand New Home, with 5 bedrooms, 1 master suites in first floor, 1 more suite in ground floor, one more suite in first floor and one more bedroom in first floor with another bathroom, and one more bathroom in pool area.
Fantastic Club House, with Lannai, Lazy River, Pool, arcade, bar, gym, game room etc.
near all Disney theme parks, 10 minutes drive.
Family Room in first floor with home theater and Sofa Bed, garage, perfect location near everything.
