My family enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa for our vacation. The residence was spacious, clean, and had lots of charm. We enjoyed all of the amenities offered in this home and our stay was absolutely first class! The staff was very friendly and the listing description/pictures are accurate regarding the layout and amenities. This home gets a 5 star rating from us!

Great family villa
Our family of 13 had a wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa. The rooms are beautifully presented and spacious and the games room upstairs was well used during our stay. The nearby clubhouse with it's fantastic pool makes this villa a great choice. On the one occasion we had to contact the property management company our needs were dealt with very quickly. The close location to US192 makes all the Disney parks within 20 - 30 minutes. Kathy was very helpful throughout the booking process and beyond. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Group of 14
We had a group of 14 family and friends. It was a perfect set up with having a 10 month and 2 month old. Separate bathroom for everyone and all the rooms were very quiet...well insulated. The pool area and hot tub got lots of use and was handy not to have to pack up babies to go to the pool. We did make use of the lazy river pool area and club house gym. Was close to good restaurants and parks. We miss it already. Top notch accommodations. April was great to deal with during and after our reservation. Highly recommended. Plan to return!

Extremely Family Friendly Stay
Our party of 13, including 5 kids ( ages 1 to 5) stayed in this brand new, beautifully appointed house with a fantastic club house and water park for 5 nights. The house came with a playpen with added mattress, a crib, two high chairs, and two strollers, which were extremely useful. The managing lady was very responsive. The pool was heated the whole time. The club house had a wonderful heated splash park, lazy river and pool which we were still able to use in December! Everyone had a wonderful time. We never felt we were in each other's way. This is the first time we rented a house in Florida and it is the way to go. We will for sure rent this house again.
