Great Family Rental!
Our family visits Disney a few times a year and have stayed on Disney property, at condos, hotels, etc. This vacation rental was by far, the best option that we have used thus far. We had our entire family stay in the same house-- from a 4 month old baby, toddlers, parents, to a great grandparent. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space! In the evenings after the parks while the kids were in bed early, the adults were able to enjoy a game of cards at the kitchen table, the game room, and relax sore walking muscles in the hot tub. We also brought our dogs, which saved kennel costs! The per night cost of this house saved us so much money compared to staying on property or in a hotel since we had our whole family and dogs. Also, the location is super convenient. I actually like that it is south rather than east of Disney, less traffic. When leaving the parks each night, we called ahead for dinner pickup at the numerous restaurants on the way back to our house... great location! House was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well. There was a nice supply of toiletries to get you going. There were plenty of towels. My toddlers were in love with the Pooh and Mickey rooms! We had absolutely no issues with this house and would love to stay here again the next time we come down!

So happy I chose this house for our family reunion
Look no further, this house has everything you need! In planning a surprise 80th Birthday for my mother, I needed to find a home that would accommodate our entire family of 12 for the weekend, ages ranging from 10 months to 82 years young. This was the first house I found online and after researching almost every other house in the area, I was happy I rented this home. The owner, Arlene, was a pleasure to work with and her home is amazing! Plenty of space to hang out, eat, play and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we need for preparing our all of our meals. There are plenty of pool towels, my older kids spent lots of time in the game room and having the baby crib, high hair, etc was a bonus. This home is nothing short of a home away from home. Though we did not go to any of the parks, Disney is very close to the house.

Great Vacation Home
This house was fabulous and perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Both the interior and exterior were well maintained. The location was perfect with Disney World, Universal Studios, shopping, and other attractions being within minutes of the house. Steve and Arlene were great to work with and always available if needed. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a to take a family vacation to Florida. We are definitely hoping for a return stay sometime in the future.

Wonderful
This home was perfect for our family! There was a combination of 4 families totaling 9 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 younger children and 1 infant. We were all able to have our space and never felt on top of each other. We were able to cook at home and play by the pool or be in the park until close and be home in a few minutes and fall into bed. The washer and dryer was great to keep us going for a 10 day stay. The owner was wonderful to work with as well!

Hundred Acre Wood, a gorgeous, six bedroom, four-bath home, was originally the builder's model, and it shows like Better Homes and Gardens. Total sleeping capacity is 14 people plus one infant in 6 bedrooms.
When you enter our house, you will find yourself in our ceramic-tiled great room with cathedral ceiling. This is a great place to relax in the evening after a day at the parks. Relax on the couch and watch a movie on our 55' HDTV with Dolby Digital surround sound and DVD player.
On the right when you walk in is a queen bedroom. Heading towards the back past the great room, you'll see the formal dining area on the left and kitchen on the right; further back on the right is a kitchen table. In back of the dining area is a 3 panel glass sliding door looking out over the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (with icemaker), range, microwave and dishwasher. We provide all dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
Take a left at the dining area and you'll be in the first floor sleeping area. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, and a Winnie-the-Pooh themed bedroom with two twin beds. Every bedroom in the house has its own TV. On the left is a Pooh-themed bathroom. Continuing on you'll be in the laundry area, with a full size washer and dryer, and through there is the game room, with foosball, air hockey and Tv, plus a stereo and an assortment of board games.
Head back to the great room and go upstairs; there are three bedrooms here. On the right is a second master suite with king size bed and own bath. On the left is a queen bedroom and another twin (two beds, mickey-mouse themed) with its own DVD player.
Also upstairs you will find an office area with a high-speed internet equipped PC running Windows with Microsoft Office,.. We also provide a wireless access point (802.11g/n) if you prefer to bring your own laptop.
Outside is, of course, the heated pool and spa area, which is screened in, and dining and lounging furniture are provided on the lanai, as well as a gas grill. Outside the lanai is a large yard where the kids can run around.
Additional features are: phone with free long distance to US and Canada, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, security alarm and door alarms. All towels and linens are provded as well.
It is located just three miles from Disney World in the elegant, private community of Rolling Hills.
The family will have a fun and fabulous vacation, at the most reasonable prices.
