This beautiful gated community offers a large heated community pool, hot tub, playground, barbeque grill with picnic area, club house, exercise Room, sand volleyball, movie theatre, Computer station with internet access and game Room.
It is conveniently located 20-25 minutes from Disney and other area attractions yet far enough away for some quiet relaxation at the swimming pool after a long day at the parks. It is approximately 18 minutes from Orlando International Airport and ¼ mile from the Florida turnpike for easy access to many of the attractions.
The villa has just been fully renovated with brand new furnishings and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a full size kitchen well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware etc and a range of modern appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, Keurig coffee maker (with Starbucks coffee products), and toaster oven.
Step outside on the screened lanai, overlooking a beautiful pond while enjoying your morning coffee on the comfortable lounge chair.
The villa has cool tile flooring in living, dining, kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms have carpeted flooring. It also has central air conditioning and additional ceiling fans throughout the home for your additional comfort.
Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. The other ½ bath is downstairs. Bedroom # 1 consisting of king sized master suite and bath. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
