We had a wonderful stay in this lovely holiday home, which was perfectly sized to accommodate our two families (ten people total). The resort itself is so convenient to the Disney parks, and Universal was easily accessed also. Within the resort, the house is right on the rear of the property overlooking a fountain and green space, with neighbors only on one side. It was idyllic to sit in the quiet morning sipping a coffee and watching the hot air balloons in the distance. In the evening, the hot tub was a great spot to watch the fireworks over Magic Kingdom! The house is a fifteen minute walk to the "club house" area at the front of the resort, which has lots of activities for rainy or "down" days (a large pool, water slide, movies, gym, ping pong etc) - on the way there were two playgrounds to explore. So an excellent vacation base. House itself was nicely outfitted as one would expect of a holiday home, with laundry a bonus. Had trouble with the A/C when we arrived but management had it fixed within hours of us letting them know. All in all, would highly recommend to friends and absolutely would return for a future Orlando stay.

We hit the jackpot with this rental!
With so many rental properties in the Orlando area, it was difficult to find the perfect one. Though somehow, we managed to do just that. This property was beautiful, clean and comfortable for my family of 11. The kitchen was fully stocked, the washer and dryer were not wimpy, the game room and swimming pool were a big hit for the kids and the bathrooms and bedrooms were huge and accommodating. If I must add one suggestion it would be to bring your own washcloths - they are not provided by the owner. I thank Kathy for trusting us with her property for the time we were in Orlando. I would easily be a repeat customer if the opportunity came.

Amazing vacation property
This home was beautifully decorated and clean. The home sets in a wonderful and quite neighborhood yet is it easily accessible to everything you could want to do. This home is equipped with everything you could want or need. It can also accommodate multiple families. Kathy is amazing at communication with you. She makes you feel as if this is your home. My family and I would come back her again and would recommended this property to anyone.

Very nice property.
Large home, well-maintained. Owner very responsive to messages. No major issues. Only minor issue was a broken iron, but it was replaced the same day we called to report it.

This spectacular waterfront villa is situated in a premium lot of the elite section of Windsor Hills. It overlooks a pond and a water fountain. There are no rear neighbors and no left neighbor nearby. Also from the villa you can see fantastic fireworks of Disney World.
The villa was built by well known Pulte Homes. It has many exceptional features and upscale furniture package. Moreover, the home has been professionally furnished and decorated including beautiful relaxing and matching colors and custom window treatments.
The kitchen has granite counter tops. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Sofas and chairs are of leather.
The family room has a 42 inch digital TV with DVD player and PS 2 with games as well as an iPod universal dock for music. All bedrooms have digital TV’s.
In the game room there are pool table, air-hockey table and basketball hoop.
Water front 5-star villa: This elegant and luxury 5-star villa was built in 2007 by Pulte Homes, the nation's largest premium home builder. It has six bedrooms, four baths, living room, dining room, family room and a kitchen with a breakfast room opening to a beautiful screened lanai with a heated pool and spa.
On the first floor, there is a Queen-sized bedroom looking over the Lanai and the screened pool & spa. On the 2nd floor there are 2 mater bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one king bedroom and two twins bedrooms.
The gourmet kitchen is appointed with granite counters, stainless appliances and 42 inch maple cabinetry. It is fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you need to cook a gourmet meal. Beautiful ceramic tiles throughout main living area.
Moreover, the home has been furnished to the highest standards with the aim of giving guests a memorable vacation in luxurious surroundings.
Windsor Hills Resort: Windsor Hills Resort is an elegant and luxury gated/guarded community. It is considered to be the best overall vacation home community in the Kissimmee area.
