This was perfect for my family! We had around 20 including the children and I must say Marcelo did an awesome job with communication! We had trouble getting there he helped us and we had trouble with the TV signal due to weather, but it was fixed right away! We also had complimentary shuttle services to Magic Kingdomwhich we were not far from. This place was nothing short of amazing! Love love love ! You won't regret booking here !

Loved the property but restaurant bad experience..
I enjoyed my stay at the property I reserved... I had a bad experience upon arrival but I don't feel as though that is any reference to the property itself.. i went to the restaurant on the property and my son was served a medium burger. That I felt wasn't so bad until the manager (Jason) assured me that the quality of meat can do no harm to a 5 year old little boy. During this conversation I explain to him how wrong he was and even the menu tells him there is a risk to serving under cooked dishes. According to Jason that is a disclaimer by law that has to be noted because his quality of meat he can assure does no harm. Then he begins to be rude and attempt to grab my son plate and says "I wouldn't want him to touch the plate and get sick". At that point I was furious and could not believe after talking to Peter (another manager) that he could tell me how good a guy Jason was. I'm sure nothing is gonna happen after the vibe Peter put off. Health department here I come.

Amazing Vacation Rental
This was an amazing vacation rental! The home is clean, gorgeous, spacious, everything as described! The house has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Our big family had no issues with sharing bathrooms and everyone had their own space. The pool and Jacuzzi was great to have with the grill after a long day at the theme parks. An amazing perk is the water park that is located within the community! There wasn't a need to visit any water parks for us, especially since it had slides/pool/and kiddie water area. The best part about it was there were no long waits to get on the slides. Another perk was the free shuttle service to and from the theme parks. We checked out early in July and still cannot stop talking about it. It was a great time and Marcelo accommodated our needs. The management company was also readily available if we had any questions. Lastly, I had issues on my bank's end regarding the return of our deposit. Marcelo was kind, diligent, and returned our deposit without problem. It was an amazing vacation, cannot wait to rent again!
