The community itself has basketball, tennis, clubhouse, nature walk, communal pool/hot tub, restaurant/bar, workout facility and 24 hour security. This 2 story house is the first house in the community so the easiest walk to the clubhouse, the volleyball court or the walking trail.
On the first floor you will find the first social area - a comfortable place to relax and converse. The formal ding area comes next, then the eat in kitchen and the main living room. Leading to the laundry room you will find a ½ bathroom. One bedroom is downstairs; one of the two en-suites, this room has a king sized bed.
Upstairs are the remaining 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second en-suite has a king bed. Bedrooms 3-5 have queen beds, bedroom # 6 has two twin beds and bedroom # 7 has two sets of twin bunks. Sleeping capacity is 16 without using a sleeper-sofa.
The garage has a pool table and ping-pong table.
The pool area has some chairs and loungers. The pool and the spa can be heated (at an additional cost) in the cooler months.

Your rental comes with a starting supply of hotel size soaps, toilet tissue, a trash bag and a roll of paper towels. This property is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. No mid stay cleaning will be done (unless requested for a charge). Any starter items (ex: soap, toilet tissue, paper towels) that need to be re-filled will be purchased by the renter.
This particular house is very functional, moderate quality (older TV's in many rooms)and is great for those that will be out most of the days. We do have access to other properties within the same community whether you have additional family, friends, teammates, etc traveling with you.
Upgraded 6-8 bedroom houses (within this same community or elsewhere) are available at higher rates.
Smaller properties (2-5 bedrooms) are available in this and other communities.
Based on availability we can provide transportation.

Emerald Island has been a popular named community since its opening about 15 years ago. Location is one of the closest communities to Disney just west of I-4 and 192. Since there are basically no houses zoned for renting in areas closer to Sea World, International Drive and Universal Studios, this location also becomes one of the closest communities to those attractions as well [if you are staying in a private house].
You are just minutes away from dozens of restaurants and shopping.
GOLFERS: This location places you in the center of the golf capital of the world.
BEACH LOVERS: 75 minutes to either coast (maybe quicker).
