The animals were great to see everyday! A family of deer, bald eagles, etc.! The pool guy was very nice also! The path around the lake is perfect for walking the dog! Nice and clean too! Better than where we stayed last year (Emerald Island)!

I just wanted to touch base and let you know we had an AMAZING time down in Orlando and our villa worked out perfectly!!! There was plenty of room for everyone! We will definitely look into using one of your properties next time we are down there!

We had a wonderful stay at this property.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It made our week away from home very enjoyable. After a very long drive from Chicago we arrived to a house that was clean, the pool heat was turned on and the water was ready for the kids to jump right in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make home cooked meals after whatever adventure the day held for us. The dining room table is amazing. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of room to relax. The house was well supplied with linens. The house is only minutes away from Hwy 192 where it’s easy to find shopping and dining, and it was an easy drive to Austin Tindall Regional Park. The pricing was extremely fair and I would definitely stay at this property again and I’ve already referred a friend for her family vacation next year as well! Great find for us! Home 4626 is a beautifully furnished 6-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home with 3 masters, a games room and its own private screened pool & Jacuzzi. With 3 master bedrooms it is ideal for 3 families wanting to vacation together.
This home is located on Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful, gated subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for the other attractions, such as Old Town, Seaworld & Universal, and also for restaurants & shops.
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 15. There are 3 master bedrooms: the 1st master, located upstairs, has a king sized bed, the 2nd and 3rd masters, downstairs, have queen-size bed in each. The 4th and 5th bedrooms both have 2 twin-size beds in each, and the 6th bedroom has a full size bed and a futon. There is also a sleeper/sofa upstairs in the loft area. Twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher,refrigerator-freezer, oven, range, pots & pans, glasses, plates etc. The large dining room table seats 8 people very comfortably and the bar seats a further 4 people. There is also a good sized table on the patio, under the lanai, that seats at least 6 people. A gas grill is also located on the deck.
There are a total of 7 TVs throughout the home with a plasma 50" TV & DVD player in the living room, a TV & DVD player in the upstairs master, a plasma TV/DVD in the two downstairs master bedrooms, a TV/DVD/VCR combo in the bunk bed room and TV/VCR combos in the two twin bedrooms. There is also a Wii with games in the living room.
The pool area is southfacing with lake & conservation views. The lake to the right of the property has a nature trail/jogging track around it and alligators, deer & water birds are a common sight. Fishing is allowed on all of the lakes at Cumbrian Lakes. There are also soccer nets and a children's playground located on the community.
The games room has a pool table, darts, foosball and an air hockey table. A crib and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge.

The home is fully equipped with towels and linens and has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
