One bedroom is carpeted the master has bamboo flooring .The living room opens to a screened in porch with a lovely in groung pool ready for those hot Florida days.

One half deposit to be paid when reservation is made. and full balance to be paid 5 days before Arrival. Their is also a security deposit of $150. When your vacation is over the house will be inspected and clean .If their is any damage we will used the deposit to pay for the damage .When the repairs is taken care of whatever is left if any it will be sent back to you.
Cancellation must be made 20 days in advance
Florida state Tax . Their is also a cleaning fee of $100
