These spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath villas @ Island Club are individually decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. A sofa bed in living room is good for 2 people. Save money by preparing your own breakfast and other meals. Step outside the condo and you're a few steps away from a heated swimming pool, soothing Jacuzzi spa, paved tennis court, kiddie playground, shuffleboard, volleyball, BarBQ grills and the clubhouse that features a fitness center and video arcade. Ample parking so you don't have to worry about it no matter how late you are back. Walking distance to restaurant, bar, grocery store.

It is about 5-15 minutes drive to all theme parks, such as Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon. It also offers several other attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Gator land, Wet-n-Wild, along with several restaurants and shopping malls. Kissimmee is also home to several championship golf courses such as Champions Gate and Orange Lake.
If the total stay is less than 4 days, the cleaning fee will be charges. It depends if stay longer than 4 days. No cleaning fee will be charged if stay longer than 7 days.
PLEASE keep the room in a respectable condition. As a courtesy to all guests, No SMOKING in the apartment. You will forfeit your deposit if you smoke in the apartment.
Limitation occupancy is 6 people as prepared bedding is for 6 people only. In case of more than 6 people staying, extra $10 per person per night will be charged. But no more than 8 people. Extra guests will manage their bedding necessity. If over registered number of guest(s) were found, you would forfeit your deposit.
$100 will be charged if the key is lost.
