Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living area, complete with a 55'' LCD TV with a HD box, DVD/VCR combo and shelf stereo system - plus a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area that seats six and a casual dining area that seats four!
For family fun and entertainment, there's an air conditioned game room with a pool table, air hockey table, Playstation 2 & 3, a flat panel computer with complimentary high speed Internet access, a 52'' HDTV, perfect for gaming!, 2 bean bags and more!
Outside, on your South facing pool deck there is a private pool and spillover spa plus a spacious screened patio featuring outdoor furniture - the perfect place to enjoy hours of fun in the sun! If the sun gets too much then there is also a shady lanai area.
This delightful vacation home also features a queen EZ Bed air mattress and a fully equipped laundry room.

Emerald Island, surrounded by a wildlife conservation area, consists of over 300 acres, including a large shady area of natural woodland right in the middle of the community. Only a few miles from Walt Disney World and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this resort serves as a haven from the outside world, yet it is central to everything that Central Florida can offer.
