It has been described by many visitors as the perfect location, so quiet and peaceful after a day in the theme parks.
The bungalow is overlooking a lake, where it is exceptionally quiet and yet is only 3 miles from Disney world, half a mile from a new Walmart and within 1 mile of endless restaurants on the 192. It was completely refurbished and was upgraded in 2005 after hurricane damage and is now much better than when it was new.
