Kid friendly with pool toys for the pool, also: Wii game, foosball, pool table, DVDs, toys and books (the only thing missing is their imagination!)
A fully screened and private deck surrounded by hedge and fencing that includes an in ground south facing pool, stand alone hot tub, and eating area
South facing lounge and pool area allows for plenty of sunshine

For your privacy there are 2 master KING suites, so if you have two families each couple have the same bedroom setup. 2 double twin bedrooms with a shared full bath. The pool has its own ½ bathroom and an outside shower. The big, private, blue sparkling south facing pool has plenty of room for everyone to eat, play or lounge. Pool area is surrounded by hedge and fence for your privacy. While the kids play, soak away your stress in the stand alone hot tub. Play to your heart’s content in the fabulous game room.
