The Duncan house is an adorable renovated shotgun house expanded to three bedrooms and two baths located in a quiet, Old Town, Key West neighborhood only 5 minutes to the heart of the town.
3 Bedrooms provide enough sleeping space for up to 6 people. The Master bedroom has a king bed, the 2 other bedrooms have Full beds. 2 Bathrooms ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The living room is spacious with original Florida Dade pine floors and cathedral ceiling, classic rattan furniture. A flat screen HD TV with satellite TV is available for nights in.
Bright, sunny kitchen/dining area with view onto the beautiful deck and pool through two sets of French doors creating a bright, sunny, cheerful space. Just outside the kitchen on the deck is a gas grill for cookouts by the pool.
