Located in historic old town, the condo is enclosed in a beautiful garden on the ground floor. It is approximately 1200 sq ft of air-conditioned luxury. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the large and elegant living room. An entertainment island separates the kitchen from the living room and dining area. The large 20x40 heated pool with Jacuzzi jets at the shallow end offers both swimming and a relaxing soak. The pool is just outside the great front porch in the garden. Mature tropical trees make up the garden.
The condo offers every luxury need for a great KW get away. You are in walking distance from most everything. It is just minutes away from the beach, public tennis
