We recently stayed at this beautifully-fully renovated piece of paradise and were amazed at the ease of boat access and plentiful parking. The interior pictures of house don't do it justice size wise, in person everything looks much larger and roomier, especially bathroom/kitchen. After a day on the water and knowing you had a gorgeous pool to unwind and watch the sunset made for delightful evenings. We have been going to the Keys for many years and stay in Key Colony and this location is pure perfection for a party of 4 or less. The Owners truly have the renters best interest at heart!

Top self
I own a condo on Kcb and need a place to dock my boat. So I rented a house with a dock .This place is top self top to bottom 1st class 100% will be back. Arron made the whole deal super easy house was perfect wife loved the kitchen. I love the dock lol. From the front door to the fish cleaning table was bad ass the end. We will be back here soon.

This place was awesome it was the perfect size for my husband and I with are boat. The sunsets were beautiful. The drive out to the ocean was not far at all. The boat ramp at Sparkys was just right there to unload the boat and they had great food there as well. We would be back here soon. We just loved this cute little house.

Brand New Rental - Private Pool and Water Front
Come enjoy the Keys Life in the single best location in all of the Florida Keys. "Miloh's" has been completely renovated in 2016 and just entered the rental market. Dock your boat in the large deep water canal and cool off in your private pool. Enjoy the built-in underwater bar stools in the pool as you enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunset over the canal. Inside you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 fully updated and expanded bathroom, as well as a large custom kitchen.
The home includes new washer and dryer, all new appliances, freshly painted walls, and all new furnishings for 2017. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including a Kurig for the coffee lovers. There is plenty of space to park your trailer and cars.
Miloh's is a VERY short walk (4 houses) to a 250ft beach with chairs and towels provided for you at the beach club, great for snorkeling, as well as 2 community pools, hot tub, beach side fire pits and fitness center. For the golf lovers, there is a par 3 golf course within walking distance as well. If your looking for ocean front dining or cocktail hour, you are even closer! Havanah Jacks and Sparky's are local favorites both within walking distance.
Fishing in KCB is simply amazing! You will commonly see Tarpon, Snook, Sheepshead, and lots of Mangrove Snapper swimming along the docks and seawall from your backyard. At the end of the canal there is great kayaking and paddle boarding among the mangroves and flats. Miloh's is the eastern most canal in KCB, allowing some of the quickest access to offshore fishing and just around the corner from the Vaca Cut giving full access to the lobster filled gulf. A free boat ramp is located on Hwy 1 and there are two marinas available for very easy access to boat fuel, ice and bait.
Miloh's is a dream vacation and everything you want in the Florida Keys. There are lots of vacation rentals in the Keys, but you will be hard pressed to find anything like Miloh's. Beautiful decor, comfortable living, a gorgeous private pool, beach access, easy boat dockage, and spectacular fishing.
