The property was perfect! We loved having access to the beautiful private beach and the swimming pool was really well maintained. The accommodation was lovely, we couldn't fault it. The children particularly enjoyed having access to Netflix although they didn't watch it very often. The location is terrific as is the accommodation, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also really appreciated Michael's help and advice on things to do; one of my daughters and I did the Furys adventure day which was really well organised, great fun and good value. We also spent time at the Dolphin Research Centre and played with the dolphins - an amazing experience!

Awesome vacation and condo
We visited in early June and were very pleased with the condo and location. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the tiki hut and spend many dinners grilling while we watched the ocean. The beach was also very nice and had great snorkeling around the rocks. I highly recommend this condo and staying in the middle keys area. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful beach, friendly family atmosphere.
Condo was clean and we had plenty of room. Loved the beach. It was clean, with beautiful water. Pool was also just steps away! We loved that we had a private beach and we snorkel almost daily. Marathon is also a great area to get away from the crowds while being within driving distance from many popular attractions. We will most definitely be back.

Situated on a Private Tropical Beach on the Atlantic our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo that is decorated in a Tropical Island theme. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Master Bathroom and a flat screen TV with cable. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a flat screen TV with cable. The Living room has a 43 inch flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. The condo also has Central Air Conditioning, password protected high-speed internet. The kitchen has corian counter top, dishwasher, microwave and an ice-maker in the freezer. We have a pool, shuffle board, tiki hut will 2 gas grills and 3 tables for dining. We also have green space between our beach and building. We have additional green space along the East side of our property. Our landscaping consists of palm trees and colorful native tropical flowering trees and shrubs. Each condo has it's own parking space marked with it's condo number. We are as close as walking distance to a 5 minute drive to great ocean-side restaurants, kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing, fishing charters, diving, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital and State Parks.
