Amazing!!!! Amazing house, amazing location
We stayed at this house for 2 full weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Not your typical "well used" rental property. You can tell Ann takes great pride in the property as it is a 2nd home for them. Kept a boat in the canal the entire trip and the canal is very easy to get to from Vaca Cut. I can not recommend Ann and her house enough. Wish I could go back TODAY!!!!

Loved the house and location
The house is amazing we are dolphin fishing people and it was very convenient getting to the Atlantic and when rough we were just minutes away fro the sand bar the house is well equipped with all you need and the owner is amazing we booked 2 weeks in 2017 and have booked 3 weeks for 2018 and will do 1 month in 2019 the good Lord willing amazing quiet and very comfortable place to stay very secure place as well after fishing and cleaning a huge amount we left keys in boat and expedition that night NO WORRIES all was safe and sound very quiet and private home I love it as well as my family

Beautiful Home/Awesome Pool
Our family of 4 spent a week here in June. Ann and Steve were very easy to work with and very quick to answer any questions. The home and pool were better than depicted. VERY roomy home for the 4 of us. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. We rented a boat from Vacation Boat Rentals in KCB for the week and docked it at the house. Very easy access to ocean. Had a fun day down in Key West but otherwise hung out in Marathon. It had everything we needed for the week. Especially loved the pool. Was nice to just jump in after being out in the boat all day. Soooo refreshing. Thanks Ann and Steve. Hope to return soon.

This home is a spacious and beautifully decorated ground-level pool home on the "preferred" side of the 100' wide clear canal. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is clean and tastefully decorated for your relaxed vacation in the Key Colony Beach. A well stocked kitchen for the cook in the family and a 50" plasma internet TV in the great room for the couch potatoes. Keep your boat outside the door at our large STEPDOWN dock with water, electricity and fish cleaning table and bait freezer (in garage). Parking for your boat trailer on premises. There's a gas grill to prepare your fresh catch!
You can enjoy your own pool right outside. You can also access a private beach (Inch Beach) just a short walk away. An ocean view is out the front window.
The open living area has 2 reclining sofas and a 50" internet TV. It is open to the kitchen, dining room and sunroom.
The master bedroom has a private bath with dual sinks and a shower. It is furnished with a king bed and TV. The first guest bedroom has a king bed also and 26" flat panel TV and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed and a 32" flat panel TV. Our sunroom also has a queen sleeper sofa and 32" flat panel TV. And of course we have Wi-Fi.
Key Colony Beach is only 2 hours from Miami and only 1 hour from Key
West. It is centrally located in the Keys so it's just a short trip
to visit the other islands, and the 7 Mile Bridge is just minutes
away.
