Minimum StayPerfect place in the Keys
After a week in Orlando "doing" the parks we were looking forward to a relaxing week, and we found the perfect place for that here. Key Colony Beach is a lovely little community off US1 in Marathon, ideally located in the Middle Keys, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 5 minutes walk of the condo are 3 restaurants including the excellent Sparky's and Key Colony Inn, and there are loads of other great places in Marathon itself. The complex that the condo is in is fantastic - every morning we would walk down the stairs and make the choice - laze by the pool or sit on the beach? As the pool is at the bottom of the stairs and the beach is about 10 steps further on, we usually spent time moving between the two, depending on whether we wanted to relax or wanted to snorkel or watch the iguanas! The condo itself is very spacious and comfortable - there is a large and comfortable master bedroom with a huge double bed, plenty of cupboard/drawer space and an en suite bath/shower room. There is also a balcony for sitting out and relaxing. The second bedroom has 2 large single beds, and again plenty of storage space. It's next to a family bathroom with bath/shower. The rest of the condo is a large kitchen and living area, with breakfast bar, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen, and sofas, chairs and large screen tv in the living area. There was more than enough space for my family (2 adults, 2 teenagers), and the Netflix was appreciated. We met loads of really lovely people during our week in KCB, many of whom are frequent visitors to this particular complex. We even met a couple who normally stay in this exact condo and who were very interested to see who had beaten them to it this year! Having stayed here, we can fully appreciate why people choose to return time after time - it really is a beautiful spot in the Keys and absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation. We found Michael very helpful and easy to deal with, and his condo a great place to stay. Thanks Michael - we will be joining the list of people who return to KCB!

Great place...great condo
Condo is wonderful in quiet Key Colony Beach - away from the madness that the Florida Keys can become. Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the Keys and this condo as home base was awesome. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms were key in making sure we all had our space. Beach and pool were great. The grilling and outdoor eating area was right up our alley. Plus every night we walked over to Sunset Park to watch...the sunset. Overall you can't go wrong. Highly recommended

Great location and awesome beach!
Nicely updated condo with great access to the beach. Central location allows for day trips to Key Largo and Key West - this was a perfect vacation for our family and we can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay
Wonderful condo in Key Colony, FL. We had the first floor condo #3. Worked great for us. Nice restaurants close to condo. Small beach but was just fine. Its an hour away from Key West. Would definitely rent this again.

Palm Trees, Tropical Plants, Sunshine will surround you in Paradise. Your White Sandy Beach is Private (not open to the public) with Lounge Chairs at the Beach and Pool. The property has a Tiki Hut at the waters edge where you can BBQ (the fish you caught) on the gas grill and dine with your family or companion on the waters edge.
The heated pool is also a great place to relax. The property underwent a recent total landscaped renovation. The condo that is very clean and bright has also been totally renovated with a fully stocked kitchen, GE products and Corian tops.
The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom, King size bed, flat-screen TV and balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and flat-screen TV. The condo was professionally decorated with all new furniture including mattresses/bedding.
Other Activities : Sit on your private beach and watch the Dolphin, Manatee, Tropical birds along with other Keys Wildlife. Kayak, snorkel and bask in the warm sun.
