My family of 6 had a great time at this property. We all had comfy beds to sleep on (including the baby in the pack n play sleeping in the closet). The views were great and the unit was very clean. The host was very responsive to any questions we had...She made us feel right at home. The hotel is amazing and the condo was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommended!!!

Exceeded expectations
My wife, 7 month old son, and I stayed here this past weekend. First and foremost, Lourdes was responsive, the instructions she provides are very thorough and provide a ton of details, and the unit was everything described here and more. We were attending a wedding at the Ritz and paid slightly over the wedding rate but had 2x as much room, our own parking spot, and still were able to use all the facilities at the hotel and the hotel staff treated us just like a guest. The full kitchen and giant bathroom came in handy with my son and the view from the balcony is exquisite. I can't say any enough good things. I also want to be sure to mention that upon arrival, Friday night at 645pm, the hotel was jammed packed and we were just arriving. We were scrambling to get my son down and thought the pack n play was broken. We texted Lourdes and when she could've been out, enjoying a perfect night, she responded quickly and was getting a replacement sent up from the hotel. She was gracious and responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Turns out it was user error on our part, the pack n play worked perfectly!

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo is spacious, well decorated and has everything you would need (i.e. Plenty of towels, sheets etc). The view from the balcony is beautiful and the location is great with easy access to garage, pool and spa. Our only complaint would be that the Ritz Carlton was over capacity during this week. It was very hard to get a spot at the pool but I will say that the staff was very attentive and tried to make everyone happy. Overall, we would love to return to this condo, but maybe at a different time of year!

Great location, space and weekend trip
Spent 4 nights here with our 2 kids, had a fantastic time. Condo was comfortable, had everything we could need. We used the sofa bed, and there was a lovely featherbed to put on top of the mattress for added comfort, duvet all stored in the nice cube ottamans that function as the coffee table when the bed is put away. Plenty of towels, very clean and great veiw off the balcony. We had a great experience at the hotel as well, able to charge meals to the room as you would any other hotel guest. Staff was friendly and helpful. HOtel is great location to take walks out and about. We mainly did pool, it was breezy and we couldn't enjoy the water toys they had there. We'd love to go back!

No pets or smoking allowed.
