Inside is decorated in a relaxed Island Style Décor, for comfort and style. It was my primary home for 13 years and I wanted to offer you the best relaxation for your stay.
Large Master with a King size bed, private bath, and large walk-in closet and a small flat screen tv. Leave the windows open for a great ocean breeze.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed, great closet space, an antique book cabinet filled with novels for your reading pleasure.
Bedrooom 3 has a Queen size bed, a with large closets and a desk should you require one to use for correspondence. There is a view to the back yard from here.
The living room has a fabulous art collection, reading chair and ottoman, or comfy couch, overhead paddle fan.Wireless internet that makes it easy to check on work or your friends and family.
Dining Area has 5 big chairs that flank the table which is filled with shells I got at the local beach.
The galley kitchen is fully stocked for those for those who like to cook or entertain. Dine inside, or outside under the shade arbor in the backyard.
Backyard has an Outdoor shower, couch and chairs , dining table under the Arbour, Mango, Banana and Papaya trees, palms, and flowering trees in a private yard where you can get WIFI -or just relax.You pick -Shade or Sun.
We have the best selection of stunning beaches, bike paths along the ocean, play tennis, golf at North Palm Beach Public Golf Course and Club, or Abacoa Public Golf course and Club. Or- Adventure Kayak the Loxahatchee River for the active types. For the shoppers, come to the World Class Gardens Mall, or Downtown at the Gardens, Legacy Place, Worth Avenue or City Place. Great Dining from Tiki Bar to Gucci in the areas over 100 fine restaurants.
We have a small town charm with a big town culture at the acclaimed the Kravitz Center and the Maltz Theatre. Spring Training draws Baseball Fans to our Rodger Dean Stadium to watch the St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Marlins. Health food also well represented- Whole foods and Christopher's as well as Greenwise Market.

Check in is at noon. Please don't arriver early unless you have arranged it as the cleaners need this time to prepair the home.
Please call Tina at 561-254-0174 , the owner, with your arrival time so she schedule your walk through personally.
Only the confirmed number of guest are allowed on the property. We don't not allow more than 6 guests, age of 21 and we do not allow parties. This includes wedding and receptions.
Be considerate to the neighbors! Quiet hours are form 9 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.
Vehicles shall be parked in the garage, the drive way or on the lawn.
Please use backyard shower if you are sandy, have been fishing, or have alot of shells to wash off.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME.
DO NOT FLUSH PERSONAL WIPES OR SANITARY PRODUCTS DOWN TO TOILET.
PLEASE RELAX IN OUTDOOR FURNITURE IN YOUR WET BATHING SUIT, NOT ON THE UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE INSIDE .
Turn AC to 78, lights and fans off while out to conserve energy.
Trash and recyle collection is early Monday, Thursday is garbage . The trash bins and recycle containers are kept on the west side behind the fence.
Please take out night before. Help keep Juno beautiful by recycling.
Please follow Checkout Procedures to Avoid an extra cleaning fee. Lock all door, turn off fans and lights, and leave keys on the diningroom table.

The home has a split floor plan and has been well recieved by Families, Seniors, Couples, girlfriend trips, mother and her 3 daughters, a few who had long stay while renovating their homes. I have had a couple from Canada return twice for 3 month stays. This is the first time I have not advertised it in advance on VRBO beause they charge too many service fees to me and the renters.
Because the floors are terazzo and it has a large fenced yard, it is also a perfect place for people with well behaved pets!
