Enjoy your morning coffee with the surf and sunrise and wine with friends watching the sunset. The unit has a washer and dryer inside. You have direct access to the beach and use of the pool, bocce ball court, tennis court as well as an air conditioned club house. The private beach is perfect for long walks, shelling, sunbathing, swimming and fishing. The condo is convenient to many local and regional attractions.
The island itself offers many conveniences and features, such as, a large supermarket, golf courses, museums, public beaches and walking trails. The town of Jensen Beach is just over the causeway and offers its own blend of quaint shops and restaurants along with the Treasure Coast Mall, and movie theatres. The Lyric Playhouse is just a few minutes away in Stuart. Easily accessible via West Palm Beach Airport only 45 min south or Fort Lauderdale Airport 90 minutes south. Disney World and Universal Studios are only a 2 hour trip to the north and Miami is 2 hours to the south. If golfing is on your agenda there are no less than 20 championship style golf courses in the immediate area that are open to the public, with prices varying according to the season.
The Treasure Coast is also the Spring Training location for many Major League Teams: The N.Y. Mets are only a short 30 min drive away at Tradition Field here in St. Lucie County and the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium, 40 min. away in Jupiter. This is to ensure everyone enjoys their stay in a safe, worry free atmosphere. We require a refundable deposit from every tenant minus the electric bill and cleaning fee for the time of your stay.
