Best vacation ever!
We had an amazing time at Linda and Rick's cottage during Spring break. My 14 year old daughter and me loved and enjoyed everything: quiet mornings at the canal in very comfortable rocking chairs, biking, kayaks (with all great directions provided by Linda). Every night we had a special treat - hot tub while watching the stars! There is a beautiful beach 3 min away to snorkel in the daytime and watch the best sunset in the Keys in the evening. We saw lobsters, coral, beautiful sponges and amazing fish just 3 min away from the cottage! Did I mention great snorkel equipment? The house in unbelievable and you will never find a rental house like this: so beautifully decorated and everything is thought through and is of the best possible quality. When you arrive you will find chilled wine in the fridge! You will not want to leave the house, and if you like to cook - you are in paradise. In fact, one of the signs in the house says: "paradise found" and it is really true! The yard is amazing and so private and quiet. Linda and Rick, thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us. It was truly one of our best vacations ever!

Wonderful & Relaxing!
Linda is fabulous! It is immediately obvious Linda and Rick love this home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen! We spent most of our time outside on the back deck or on the water. My absolute favorite was the outdoor shower - pure bliss. We used the kayaks, snorkel gear & especially enjoyed the bicycles. We saw manatees in the canal along with parrot fish at the dock. Thank you so much for a lovely vacation!

We cannot wait to go back!
I cannot possibly explain in words the charm that this home has. We have 8 and 10 year olds, and we all agree this was quite possibly our favorite vacation ever. The entire grounds are meticulously thought out and cared for. The lot is very large for the Keys standards. The rear patio belongs in a magazine. It is truly gorgeous. The home is equipped unlike any rental home we have stayed in. Every dish, utensil, pan, etc. you could possibly need is there. We took full advantage of the bikes, kayaks, tennis rackets, snorkel equipment, hot tub.....the list goes on and on. We started each and every day with a kayak tour through the mangroves. The home is certainly lovely, but it honestly does not compare to the sincere care that Linda and Rick put into our stay. Linda provided email after email with restaurant recommendations, parks/beaches to visit, best places for sunsets...and on and on. Linda told me a week would not be long enough, and she was absolutely correct. We could easily spend a month there. It is a wonderful place! Thank you guys for an amazing vacation. We'll be Back!
This cottage is our new favorite Florida Keys destination! We are already planning to visit again next year. Having always stayed at hotels in the Keys - we decided to try a private cottage this year and are so glad that we did. It was peaceful, quiet and charming - a home away from home. There are so many things to do - kayaking is our new vacation pastime. You will find everything that you need here including a well equipped kitchen. All you have to do is pack your bags & enjoy!!

Look no further..Private, wonderful retreat
We spent a wonderful week at the cottage in October to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! The house is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. At the house there are many books, magazines and reference books for ideas on restaurants and sites to see. It really felt like your own home and not a "rental". The coastal cottage décor is top notch. The patio is a great place just to relax and chill. The grounds were very peaceful and private. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in the evening and star gaze. The location is great, close enough to try so many different restaurants. We even made a day trip to Key West with ease from the cottage. Linda and Rick were wonderful every step of the way and so kind. We would most definitely return.

What a Wonderful Playground!
This is a vacationer's dream! We enjoyed thoroughly our time at this cottage, which is truly enchanted. Days began with an early bike ride, exploring the state park and nearby beach. That was followed by time on the wonderfully furnished patio listening to the birds and watching the water. Each evening, I enjoyed kayaking through the mangrove. We prepared incredible meals in the fabulously-outfitted kitchen; everything you could possible want, including a wonderful grill, was there. I concluded each day with time in the hot tub and outdoor shower. The house was spotless, the beds and furniture were wonderfully comfortable. Don't miss this treat!

Tropical Dream
When we opened the door, I felt like we'd won the lottery! This place is lovely, detailed, "no stone unturned" kind of home with all the desirable designer touches. The lanai, hot tub and outdoor seating double the living and comfort space of the rental. We especially liked access to kayaks and bikes. Unexpected was the gracious comraderie of the neighbors and the entire community. We were there for two months and driving away to points north was like leaving our home behind. Have already signed up for the same space, same time in 2016.

Absolutely Beautiful! Well Maintained
Linda left no detail undone. After a long cold winter in Michigan we went on line to find somewhere to rent for the following winter. We submitted several requests to properties and Linda contacted us. She made the whole process very easy. We had the time of our lives. The home feels like your own. We had Manatee swim up to the dock and saw amazing sea life while kayaking. What a truly amazing relaxing vacation. Truly no detail was left undone. It's quite beautiful beyond words. You won't be disappointed!!!

Amazing, Relaxing and Beautiful!
The Enchanted Cottage made our stays in the Keys absolutely heavenly. The property description was accurate and was even better in person! We decided to go to the keys to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The cottage was perfectly positioned for our adventures. In addition, we enjoyed hanging out at the cottage after biking and kayaking. The place was well stocked and we cooked our dinner and enjoyed the beautiful patio, hot tub and view. Linda was an amazing host and we would recommend this cottage to anyone. We would love to return. The perfect vacation!!

WOW!!
We absolutely loved our stay in this Enchanted Tropical Cottage! The privacy and accommodations were more than we could have asked for. The description of the property and home did not do justice for just how great it is! Everything was clean and just waiting on us to arrive. So very nice...We brought our boat and were able to fish, snorkel, swim with a manatee and a sea turtle! The owners helped make our stay as best as we could ever hope for and I hope we'll be able to stay there again some time....I would highly recommend this Enchanted Tropical Cottage. All of the little touches made it truly enchanted and tropical! Thank you!

Truly Enchanted!!
What a fabulous vacation! We stayed for a week, but would have loved to stay longer had our schedules permitted. The house is absolutely perfect, light and airy and beautifully appointed, although in truth we spent most of our time on the lanai or out in the gardens. The gardens are landscaped in such away as to make us feel that we were constantly discovering new and secret nooks - so much fun! Also, it was especially great to have the kayaks available. Every morning we kayaked through through the park and out to the open water and most every evening (when we weren't dining out) we strolled down the street to watch the sunset over the gulf, then returned and grilled dinner on the deck and watched the stars come out. Linda and Rick are fabulous hosts - every detail was considered, from the decor of the house and gardens, the amenities like kayaks and bicycles, to helpful instructions and planning suggestions on activities and dining. Plus it was lovely, after a long day of travel to find a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge! Thank you so much! We loved our trip and can't wait to come back!

Paradise
We are in LOVE!!!! My husband and I just had the best week of our life at Linda and Rick's beautiful home. We went on our honeymoon and could not have stayed at a better house. Everything about it was just amazing! Literally all you need are your clothes and your groceries. The house comes with everything you need. I am a chef and love to cook, it was so nice to have such great cookware and knives on hand. I rent a lot of places for my girls trips and hands down this is the best I have rented. There are so many hidden gems on the property you really never want to leave. We took the kayak's out and saw some of the biggest and sweetest manatee's I have ever seen. I was so sad the day we had to leave. The house has a really great homey feeling and we felt safe the whole time we were there. I am just now trying to talk the hubby into booking it for our anniversary!!!! Linda is so kind and helpful it made the whole experience so nice. I have already recommended this beautiful place to family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect!
We were lucky enough to stay in Rick and Linda's perfect little house for about a month, and it was our best rental experience yet! We have absolutely zero complaints! The house is beautiful and meticulously maintained. We cooked quite a lot, and the kitchen/grill area had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and include a beautiful patio area, the dock by the canal, a comfy hammock, more seating...it just is delightful! The hot tub was wonderful too! The house is in a great location to enjoy the middle Keys and fishing, but not too far from Key West fun and Marathon shopping. We will not hesitate to stay here again and again!
