We had an amazing time at bayside. Sunsets were incredible. Our 15 year old loved fishing off the jetty. . The condo was perfect. Once settled in you realize just how convient the location is. Iits hidden..But you can walk to stores... Bait shop and places to eat. 😊😎 A fabulous week! Been home only a day and i want to go back!

Perfect
We have rented other villas on this property and this one is absolutely perfect. The villa has everything you need and plenty of room. The view is spectacular. We had dolphins and manatees right off the dock. The location is walkable to stores, bars and restaurants. It is the perfect place to relax. Every night all the people staying on the island gather with cocktails to watch the sunset. Lloyd is a lovely man and a pleasure to have as a landlord. I have already booked my next stay!

Secluded Getaway
What a great location! Just steps away from the bay and beautiful sunsets. Every day we would look to see what sea life would be hanging out in the private boat basin. The Bayside unit was clean and nicely decorated. We experienced some inconvenience with the replacement of the water heater and the city sewer installation, but Lloyd was very accommodating and quick to take care of the problem. The silver lining is we found a great place to stay and another great place to eat ... Islamorada Fishing Club. We hope that the Bayside is available next time we are able to come to Islamorada!

Perfect private condo with dockage.
This is a hidden gem, located in prime location in Islamorada. Beautiful private marina, gorgeous sunsets, direct access to the bay and minutes away from the ocean. Condo was clean and comfortable, and Lloyd was a wonderful host. Perfect private getaway-we hope to return again soon.

Bayside is a first floor apartment overlooking the water. Bayside is located on a small resort property nestled in a native hammock on Florida Bay. An easy 90 minute drive from Miami International Airport, this property is located in the heart of Islamorada, directly on Florida Bay. Bayside is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The property is a nature lovers dream with resident fish, lobster, an octopus and an occasional manatee in the marina, iguanas that sun themselves by the boat basin and pelicans, egrets and osprey that fly in for periodic visits. Our boat basin can accommodate boats up to 26 feet in length and dockage is included in the rental. RENTALS ARE WEEKLY ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
