What a gem this cottage on the beach is! It met all expectations as stated. It is clean, tidy nicely furnished. Washer and dryer are a nice convenience. I like to cook there were plenty of pans and even spices (which I contributed to)! Oh sitting out on the porch facing the water was lovely. We had guests over for dinner they absolutely loved this place! We have plans on returning 2017 !

Perfect family getaway
We have enjoyed this clean, old Florida cottage for several years now. It's nestled in a quiet beach area. My daughter calls it a tropical paradise. My husband says it's Old Florida at it's best. Lots of privacy. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Buy some groceries, pack your swim suit, and enjoy the sunset right in your back yard. We've returned year after year and once you visit you'll want to return too.

Historic FL bungalow
We stayed here for spring break 2015 and had a blast. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is provided. Nice quiet, secluded location. Will definitely return.

This 1930s "old Florida" beach cottage is right on the beach and one of only a few left that is on the ground floor -no stairs, no elevators - just one story, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with Jacuzzi tub and internet available. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. No pets and no smoking please. The cottage is perfect for a couple that wants a couple of visitors from time to time. This is a great place to enjoy the incredible sunsets of Indian Shores Beach from the porch and the shade from the many pine trees on the property. This cottage has everything you need. Just bring your suitcases and relax on the beach! It is on the bus line with access to The Jolley Trolley and many area restaurants and shopping. The cottage is also just minutes from Clearwater and St. Pete beaches and a short drive to the Tampa International Airport. There is another cottage on the property that might be available for families wanting additional accommodations.
