My husband and I and our 6 month old daughter had a wonderful time during our week long stay in July 2017. The view from the balcony is incredible. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. The 2 rooms were great and the whole condo was lovely and clean. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen that had everything we needed. It was great just to be able to walk out onto the beach. There is a convenient shower right before you enter/exit the beach. Everyone that was staying in the building was very friendly. Noise wasn't ever an issue. You can hear neighbors if you are both on your balconies, but that's about it. We were able to get a guest parking pass sometimes for our visiting family, and other times the paid parking across the street worked out fine. The elevator is fairly small, but worked fine. Occasionally you had to wait your turn. The luggage carts were a lifesaver! I would stay here again!

Beautiful place in a perfect location
We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful, updated furnishings and airy, calm decor. Well-stocked, with a surprising extras including soaps and shampoo, boogie boards for the kids, and even a beach umbrella. Huge balcony with comfortable seating for the whole family. And that incredible full ocean view. Nothing better to wake up to! Gorgeous pool with an actual deep end. Walkable to great mini golf for the kids; within 1 mile of a cute bar/restaurant, ice cream shop, and small grocery store. We'll be back! Thanks Mark and Jaime!

Just as described!
Our family of four enjoyed this condo for a week on spring break. It's a lovely condo and the view is amazing! The furnishings are very comfortable and clean; it was easy to feel at home, we didn't want to leave! Mark and Jamie are very nice and were able to answer any questions we had and responded immediately. There are beach chairs and toys available for use; and the beach is perfect, white sand and not overly crowded. The neighbors we spoke to are friendly. There's an assigned parking space and carts for bringing up luggage or groceries, making getting to the fourth floor easy. Indian Shores is a nice area to visit! I highly recommend staying at Mark and Jamie's condo.

Wonderful spot
The condo was perfect and as advertised. No reason not to consider this property. We found the drinking water unsuitable and bought a bag of ice and a couple of gallons of water. Bedroom TV was set up for DVD play only so couldn't watch Thursday night football in bed but again no big deal. Our only complaint was the rental company Plumlee reality, who had an office in the building, but was not always open during times posted. We arrived on a Sunday, office was closed and condo keys were left in a box that anyone had access to. Not a very secure system. We did not get registered till Tuesday because the office was closed on Monday and we just happened to catch someone on Tuesday. Supposedly you can rent DVDs but we did not find that location. The main office was about a mile away so we did not get there. Instructions told us to drop the keys off at the main office when we checked out so we did and received a call later in the morning wanting to know when we were checking out and they questioned why we dropped the keys at the main office. These people obviously don't have their act together however the condo was perfect. Beds were great, view was indescribable, furniture was comfortable, and even the showers were great. Don't know if we've ever been in a cleaner unit. There was some construction work going on in the building which got a little annoying but they were considerate and started late and quit early. There was easy access to a wonderful beach and a wide variety of local restaurants, many with outside dinning options. Our favorites were The Pub and Salt Rock Cafe.

Chill out in our peaceful, top-floor, beachfront condo. Enjoy the beautiful white sand and crystal clear water by day and magnificent sunset views from living room or balcony. Newly renovated, sleeps six comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of great restaurants nearby.
Our 2BR/2BA condo has direct gulf views can accommodate up to 6 comfortably. The entire unit has all new carpeting. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two full size beds (sleeps up to 4), a 32" TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Living room has plush seating for 7, a 55" HD flat screen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Fully equipped Kitchen has been updated with all new stainless steel appliances. Dining area seats 10 comfortably. Both bathrooms have step in shower.
Amenities: Heated private pool, cable TV, free Wi/Fi, free Long Distance phone service (U.S./Canada) elevator, laundry facilities on each floor, 1 reserved parking spot. Non-Smoking/No Pets. Convenient to Tampa airport.
Our unit has a four-night minimum stay during non-peak season, or you can rent it by the week. All linens are provided except beach towels. You just need to show up with a swimming suit and a beach towel.
About The Area
Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) in FL is a relaxing stretch of beach just south of Clearwater. The beaches are known for its powdery sand and pristine water. The seafood is fresh and there's everything and nothing to do - depending on your preference.
