Nice clean, comfortable condo, everything we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo has a nice full kitchen for those wanting to stay in but there are many nice restaurants close by if you're looking to go out. The beaches in this area are excellent. Look forward to making a return trip.

Great condo
We rate everything about this condo as excellent. The owner was most helpful in assuring we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the condo was well maintained and offered lots of extras. One closet was stocked with everything needed for beach time. Beach Cottages offers a heated pool, hot tub, deck overlooking the ocean, with lots of seating. The view from the condo overlooking the pool and the beach is terrific. All in all, we had a great stay and plan to return.

Excellent Condo
We wanted to get away for 10 days or so to Florida, and as very frequent clients of VRBO in Europe and the USA, we turned to VRBO to locate a condo in the greater Tampa Bay area. After looking at many adverts for condos, we found this condo to be the best in all of the criteria that we look for. We rate this property 5 Stars, and give it a 10 out of 10 in the following: #1 Prime beach location, very well kept up #2 Proximity to the beach, and the condo has a closet full of everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and much more. #3 The closeness of several grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants. #4 Everything you would need in the kitchen from dishes, silver, pots and pans and more. #5 A washer and dryer and much more amenities in the condo. #6 A great heated pool, and grills for cooking out right there on the property, great for an end of the day on the beach. The biggest plus for this condo is the price. In looking for a place to stay, we found many condos costing alot more that did not measure up to the quality of this condo. The owners live in the mid west, and are two of the nicest people to deal with, as they are willing to make sure your stay in their condo in Indian Shores will leave you with good memories of your time there. We intend on returning to Tampa again again, and this condo will again be our 1st choice of property. A relaxing week
The description of the condo is accurate. It was spacious, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to spend a week. The view is lovely, the pool was warm, and there were many great restaurants within a short ride. A bird sanctuary right next door was fun to visit. My husband enjoyed some golf in the area. Flying Allegiant Airlines to St. Petersburg was very convenient. The owner and property managers were very responsive. Highly recommended!

Like having your own luxury mini resort right on the beach, main house and a separate guest cottage, heated pool and private beach are all offered in this oversized meticulously maintained compound, casual elegance at its finest! It is completely renovated with soaring ceilings, beautiful light and breathtaking views. Impeccably maintained and beautifully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house and an additional bedroom suite with bathroom and kitchenette in the guest cottage.
Children and sunbathers love our zero edge heated pool with fountain and tanning area. And everyone will enjoy the tropical landscaping, fantastic deck to watch spectacular sunsets, a private sugar sand beach complete with hammocks, lounge chairs, fire pit and gas grill, located in a residential uncrowded area within walking distance to dining and water sports. The main house offers a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms both a queen and 2 twins on each side of the house connecting to 2 bathrooms. Every room has brand new Smart TV's and Netflix. There are plenty of linens, beach chairs, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We even have pizza pans and a crock pot. The trolley is located across the street.
