This small community is in the heart of the Tampa Bay area and only has about 1700 year round residents. Located on the famous Gulf Blvd, the building is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, fishing, motor boat rental, motor scooter rental, and bicycle rental. Amenities offered include a quiet, family oriented beach, spectacular sunsets, a heated pool, cable TV, free Wi/Fi, a centrally located elevator, laundry facilities on each floor, reserved parking, and beach chairs. Whether you enjoy playing tennis, a luncheon or dinner cruise, a sight seeing dolphin cruise, snorkeling, riding a jet ski, enjoying fresh local seafood, collecting shells, beach volleyball, deep sea fishing or long pier fishing, museums, golf, shopping, baseball, ice hockey, or doing nothing, the Tampa Bay area has it all.
