This is a split bedroom plan and the guest room has 2 twin beds its own private bathroom with a bath tub for the family. The full size washed and dryer is on the top level The unit has 3 TV's and wireless internet. Parking and storage under your building for 2 cars. Whether you just want to relax on the Beach, fish from the surf or walk across the street and fish on the Intercoastal waterway, you will not have a moment when feel bored, unless by your choosing. Mini Golf is a short 5-10 minute walk for the kids, shoppes, Ice Cream and shelling too. Rent some beach toys like bikes, scooters, kayaks, SUP's and motorized boats just a few minute walk if you feel energetic. Get some postcards and send them to your friends and family.... they will be jealous!

1. A Guest will receive all but $300 of the funds received if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the “Arrival Date.” An early departure does not qualify for a refund. No refund is given for Cancellations made 90 days or less from the “Arrival Date.” Refer to Travel Guard Insurance Policy for possible coverage
Damage Protection Fee of $45 is added to each reservation.
