Outstanding condo unit, location and view and also very nice rental experience !
We had an excellent vacation and really enjoyed the corner unit views overlooking the beach. The condo unit is very well equipped and very clean (e.g. great kitchen, nice washer and dryer, and quality balcony furniture, great tile flooring, nice bathrooms, beach chairs, beach towels, and even a few sand toys for young kids) and the service from booking, check-in to check-out was very helpful and professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay ! I would definitely recommend this unit for a quality vacation at Indian Rocks Beach ! :)

Great place to stay

Great location & views! Quiet & comfortable!
We spent two glorious weeks in this clean, comfortable, great location. The view is wonderful & relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. Pool area is nice and was never too crowded during our stay. Walking the beach was our favorite thing to do. And we explored many close restaurants and stores. We will definitely be returning!

Time to Unwind is a large 2 bedroom/2 bath beach front condo located in family friendly Indian Rocks Beach. It is a 2nd floor, corner unit in the South tower that provides dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico and its white sandy beaches. Our condo has been completely renovated and freshly decorated. You'll enjoy flat screen TV's in all rooms, a king size bed in the master, twin beds with a trundle in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a washer & dryer and a completely outfitted kitchen for gourmet cooking. The Reflections property provides the perfect amenities for a beach front vacation. Enjoy our heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and tennis court without ever leaving the premises. A perfect place to unwind!

About The Area
Indian Rocks Beach is located on a quaint barrier island along the western shore of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The waters off our coast are a favorite place for dolphins and manatees. Indian Rocks Beach is famous for it's white sparkling sand and spectacular sunsets. You will be just a short drive or trolley ride to many local popular destinations. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores and ice cream parlors within walking distance to the condo.
Our condo is just a two minute walk to the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve. This is a 9.3-acre preserve featuring wildlife habitat, native vegetation, wetlands, educational boardwalk, interactive, passive and natural park areas.
Indian Rocks Beach is the ideal spot for outdoor activities. There is a wide array of boat, kayak, wave runner and bike rentals at your disposal. You can enjoy fishing, dolphin watching, shelling, snorkeling , swimming, sight seeing or simply unwind at the beach.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted in the condo at any time. Further, smoking is not permitted where posted No Smoking signs appear on the property.
PETS: Tenants are not permitted to have pets of any kind in the condominium or on the property, no exceptions.
WEATHER: Unwind Properties has no control over weather conditions and no refunds will be given for inclement weather of any kind.
