Nice quiet getaway. Would highly recommend. Location is great. We didn't want to leave. The only thing that was annoying was AC unit in bedroom closet and the noise will keep you up at night but everything else was a pleasure..Will keep this place on our getaway list

Missing the beach already
Great place to stay. I can't wait to book for next year. The place was just as advertised and just as the pictures showed. It was clean and well maintained. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 for spotless was due to small little insects in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend and stay in this condo again. Walking distance to many shops and great restaurants.

Wonderful Condo!
This is a great condo, right on the beach and walking distance to several good restaurants. The condo is very clean, with a nice layout and well equipped. Comfy beds, adequate kitchen items and a gorgeous view with an ocean breeze. It includes beach chairs and some old umbrellas which are kind of beat up but usable. I would definitely come back here again.

Indian Rocks Beach respiet
The beach was lovely. The condo was the cleanest we've stayed in, in 30 years of coming to Florida. The place was well stocked. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

Top floor Penthouse 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with amazing views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
King in the master bedroom with your own private bathroom and walk in shower, Queen in guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Private elevator takes you to your balcony where you will enjoy fabulous sunset views, dolphin watching or just relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool!
Fully equipped kitchen with all of the little extras you would expect to enjoy those savory homemade meals. Flat screen TV in the living room with surround sound system to enjoy your favorite movie or show, along with a dvd player, stereo system and free wifi throughout the condo to keep you connected with your friends and family. Flat screen in the master and guest bedroom also. Complete with all linens and towels, including beach towels. We also supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys so no need to pack those items! BBQ grill area shared with the complex to grill up some burgers after a long day at the beach or your fresh catch.
The condo is close to lots of great restaurants, some are within walking distance. You also have a trolly stop close to the complex if you want to hop on a beach trolly and take a scenic view up and down the Gulf Coast without having to drive your car.
Indian Rocks Beach is a wonderful beach town with lots of fun things to do and great little shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, all the the things that make those wonderful beach vacation memories! You won't want your vacation to end!
Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parsailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores at Island Marine Rentals. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions.
