Great place to getaway during our house renovation. Brain and Helen was great hosts. beautiful sun rise in the morning. Comfort from home. Definitely would stay again.

Highly Recommend Brian's House
After we received the rate and owners information, we contacted Brian who was very professional from the get go. Very welcoming and accommodating. He gave us a picturesque explanation of Tampa, Clear Water, Orlando, Johns Pass Boardwalk, Indian Rock Beach (two blocks from the house). He delivered a clean house with all the amenities a family needs fro a well resting vacation. We just went to the nearest Grocery and bought the things we need, and just lay back. Try the fresh fish from the Seafood store in Clearwater. Not too far but fresh. The Salmon is to die for. Wide Ocean fresh.We barbecued on the balcony and had a great time. Brian was cool. He went out and got us a brand new grill plate. Tasty, tasty.We went on Dolphins watching ride and did get a chance to see Dolphins. The French Cafe 3 blocks from the house is to die for. Authentic Paris. The week went past so fast, it was time to drive back. 14 hours later, we are home. Loved it. Brian, you are a champ. Definite next year.

Relaxing Getaway
If your looking for a relaxing getaway this will be a great family beach house. On top of it being relaxing it's close to various beaches, stores, restaurants and shops. The beach house itself is very comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary items. The area is very peaceful and quite. I highly recommend for a beach house stay!

Beautiful, spacious, town house 2 bdrm/2 baths spectacular views of the Intracoastal water way from living room, dining room and master bedroom. 2 balconies to sit and watch the dolphins and beautiful sunrises, garden access and dock where one could fish, boat docking available up to 45 ft., Both bedrooms have been updated at the end of 2016 with new blinds also living room with new blinds and floor.
Tennis courts, playground, 2 blocks, beach 2 blocks.Lockable garage lower floor one flight of stairs to living area, second flight of stairs to master bedroom, bathroom and laundry. Sleeps 4 to 6 using pull out bed from sofa master has king bed. Other has two twins. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, free high speed wireless internet access, extended cable TV. TV in living room and bedrooms. This unit is Now ready with mainly new stuff.
