We absolutely loved our April stay in this lovely, well appointed condo! Everything was as pictured and better! The owner is responsive and easy to work with. Every detail seemed to be covered by notes and directions. If you choose this condo, you will be extremely happy! It is very nice, and Indian Rocks beach is a perfect getaway!

Condo has all the extras!
The condo is even better than the pictures show. Totally updated with all amnenities. Great deck and pool area with Weber Grills. Close to Clearwater Beach and John's Pass. Owner very helpful. Couldnt ask for more!!!

A hidden gem
The condo was lovely and very well appointed. It had everything you would need for a lengthy stay. We really enjoyed having all of the comforts of home. The view from the balcony was delightful any time of day. The exterior of the property was gorgeous. It is a small complex, which was very nice. The decks, grills and pools were very well kept. We saw the property caretaker working constantly to keep the property in great shape. We would return to this condo any time!

Exceeding expectations! Spectacular Sunsets
This condo rocks, the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is fully loaded with Calphalon pans, decent knives and all the small appliance you could imagine. It was immaculate and stocked with everything from extra towels, sheets, pool towels to spices, puzzles, books, games and even birthday candles. It truly is a home away from home. We are a local family of 5 that spent 7 weeks at the condo due to mold in our house. The neighbors were all extremely friendly and quiet. The view is truly sensational especially at sunset. The property is well-maintained and has brand new gas and charcoal grills. The split-plan layout was perfect for a family with children. It is an excellent use of space and actually feels larger than it is. It really felt like a home for us. The owner was great and extremely accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and most importantly~ Yes, the master bed is comfortable.

Wonderful place! You won't be disappointed.
We had such a wonderful time here in September 2016. The condo is amazing. Everything is new and clean, and the view of the water and the pool are great. We spent hours on the balcony sipping cocktails and watching the sunsets. The condo is stocked with everything you need including kitchen items, linens and towels. There is even a first aid kit which we needed to use a couple of times when my grandson got a cut on his foot and a splinter in his hand. The owner is extremely helpful and provides a thorough information book which includes some ideas for things to do and recommended restaurants. We cant wait to come back here!

Wonderful place
We just love it here. The condo is fabulous and the owner is so easy to work with. The beach was just renourished and is huge! We found so many shells and saw lots of dolphins!

This beachfront 3 BR/2BA, second floor unit is on the third level of Driftwood Sands, a quiet and private 45 unit condominium in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach.
This recently remodeled unit has been tastefully decorated, and no expense was spared with custom kitchen cabinetry, plank floorings in halls, kitchen, and living room, new carpet in bedrooms, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bar with wine chiller and built-in wine rack, WiFi, HDTV, DVD, ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and wood burning fireplace!
Property amenities include beachfront, pool, gas barbecue grills, shuffleboard, private gazebo, umbrellas, and private bathrooms and outdoor showers by the pool for guests, plus ground floor storage for pool toys, community meeting room, designated parking, air-conditioned lobby, convenient elevators and best of all is just feet to the beach!
Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Driftwood Sands is within a hour drive (or less) of Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota and all they have to offer. From fishing and fantastic golf, to shelling and shopping, to fabulous dining and arts & entertainment, to sporting events (Bucs, Rays) and thrill rides (Busch Gardens, Sea World and Disney), the Tampa Bay area is well within reach from this lovely beachfront condo unit with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach.
