Minimum StayGreat house in a great location
My extended family loved this house and we had plenty of room. My husband and I took one of the upstairs bedrooms with our two young grandchildren - one on the bed, the other on the cot provided. We had plenty of room and our bed was really comfortable. Our daughter and her husband took the other upstairs bedroom - also very spacious and comfortable. My parents took the downstairs bedroom and were very pleased. My son used the fold out couch in the "Parrot Room." It is a new couch with a nice mattress. The two living room areas gave us plenty of space, the dining room table easily sat 8 of us and another smaller table in the house was great for the grandkids. Connie has the house decorated so tastefully. You just feel good when you walk in. The front yard landscaping is just beautiful and we enjoyed the siting area there. It is a very quiet street and neighborhood. The back yard is fantastic with the view of the canal, a gazebo, and a hammock. We made full use of the kayak, the bikes, and the fishing equipment and had a great time! The house is well stocked. Plenty of nice towels and other linens. The kitchen had what we needed to make our meals. Everything was clean and comfortable. Connie is so great to work with. I emailed her a dozen times about various things and she was gracious and responsive and helpful. If you are staying in the Hudson area this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Great relaxation house, perfect for large groups
We had a fantastic time staying here. Connie and her husband were so hospitable and welcoming to us. We had everything we needed -- and more -- for a wonderful weekend trip. They went above and beyond what we expected. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for vacation rental.

My family and I (9 total) stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely fell in love with this vacation home. It is a very clean rental with everything you need , including a popcorn maker !! The backyard is a tranquil area where my hubby and I would just sit and enjoy the quietness until wee hours of the morning. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and did catch several fish and crabs. The neighborhood is quite and the locals are very friendly. We will definitely be back in the near future. I highly recommend this vacation property. (The owner is such a sweetie) She definitely has made sure that you need to only pack your suitcase. Everything else is already there for you. Super nice home in a very convenient location.
This home was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space and the location was perfect. Only about 20 minutes from Weeki Wachee springs. Connie was very accommodating and nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great memories. We hope to do it again soon.
