Guests rave about the privacy, the cleanliness and the proximity to everything from the Heart Hospital to the beach within a flash from this spot. Great places to eat, shop, and play. The Seasider is just the right place for a small family, solo adventurer, businessman, those scoping out a place to live ~ buying or selling, snowbirds, Floridians on vacation from the center of the state ......... just anyone, really. A, meaning one, small dog is fine (Please honor the nuisance dog laws). 2 Adults, this is non-negotiable, and one or two small children can be comfortable here. Central heat and air with your own thermostat. Bed is a Queen size, and the couch is a futon. TV in the living room is a 'smart' TV. Another TV is in the bedroom, not so smart. Plenty of storage. Living room also has a double recliner, or as my guest calls it, a double magic chair. Kitchen table seats 4. Kitchen has washer/dryer (tho the clothes line is more efficient), stove with oven, stainless refrigerator, double toaster, plenty of utensils, cloth napkins, and a 'stocked junk drawer'. Trash bags, dishwashing liquid, toilet tissue and shampoo are all provided. Beach towels and bath towels as well as face cloths. Shower is an easy entry, no climbing in and out of a tub to take a shower. There is no tub, except the salty Gulf of Mexico, minutes away. Please pay close attention to the pictures, as they tell the picture story of this wonderful little spot. Pictures of the outside are on the canalside or the house, remembering that the waterside is really considered the front of the house. Not the street side. Parking for one car only and it's under the protection of a carport. Small row boat with oars for the canals only. Kayaks (2) can be taken to a kayak launch, and not launched off the dock. No children outside the gate unless accompanied by an adult. NO smoking inside the house. 3 night minimum stay
Leaving procedure: All trash bagged and removed. Bed sheets put into washing machine. Dirty towels put in the green laundry basket stored on the side of the washer/ dryer. $ 50 cleaning fee for six days or less. $75 dollar cleaning fee for one week to just under one month. One month or more cleaning fee is $90.00 Doggie stay is $50 per week, non-refundable. Must be under 35 lbs........
