Perfect for our family of four!
This condo was wonderful. A pool steps away, beach nearby and not in a tourist trap. Debi and staff were very helpful with some maintenance issues that came up after a heavy storm. The towel holder mentioned on a previous comment now exists. This was our second experience through VRBO. Some things I wish I had known before heading down: The shallow end of the pool was 4 feet. Littles need floats. There were noodles in the condo. On the last day, as we were packing up, we found under a twin bed a container of pool supplies and tennis supplies. Knowing this existed would have saved us a trip to buy floating rings. You need to provide your own toilet paper (they make sure some is there when you arrive but there is not any extra). Same with paper towels and dishwasher soap. (We left ours for the next person). They have plenty of towels so no need to pack your own. The beach is not the same as you would find at a resort. We got in to our knees but it was not ideal for swimming. Just playing. Shortly after arrival,check out the club house. Ton's of brochures on things to do. Again, we found this at the end of our stay. There was not a broom or dustpan that I could find. With two little ones I am constantly sweeping. I ended up picking things up with paper towels and my hands. I know we pay a cleaning fee but I felt this way basic hygiene that I had trouble attending too. I did find a vacuum but didn't work well with food crumbs around the table. Overall we enjoyed the stay. If we head to Florida again, we would definitely call Debi's vacation management company and find a place to stay again.

Come stay at this well appointed 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo which is steps from all of the amenities. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool from the private terrace. This unit is on the first floor and has a dedicated parking space underground, both of which are steps to the elevator.
The unit includes 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with step in tub/shower combo. The unit includes a flat screen television with cable and Chromecast, a comfortable living area seating, a dinette table, bar stools, and a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer and the unit is WiFi connected. All kitchen, bed, bath and beach linens, utensils and housewares are included. Commercial sized laundry service is available just up the elevator 1 floor. Unpack, unwind and connect with all that is available.
Enjoy walking directly from the unit to the pool, the beach, and the clubhouse or take a long walk on the nature trail surrounding the private lagoon. The pool has been recently updated and is literally within steps from the terrace, no more wet walking through public areas to get home. The beach is privately owned and is for the exclusive use of those staying at Gulf Islands. Stroll along the nature trail and take in some fishing if you like. The clubhouse includes use of a fitness center overlooking the Gulf, showers and saunas, a card room, a library and a club room. It also includes space for hosting a large gathering or for just enjoying quiet time. Tennis courts are also available for your pleasure. At the end of Building 3, you will find a grassy area where residents practice chipping and putting. The complex also includes 24 hour security and a manned guard house. Truly resort style living.
Pets are welcomed, however must be under 20 pounds.
