From the minute I contacted Sasha, you was willing to do whatever we needed to accommodate our stay in her rental / home. We stayed in a pretty 2 bdrm, with a large living room and access to a wonderful secluded outdoor pool area with covered outdoor kitchen area. The weather cooperated and we had a blast staying by her. Highly recommended.

Best vacation home ever
Home away from home is exactly what my stay was like, it was beautiful clean great location!!! An best part was that ms.sasha made u feel like family she was super nice, and her hospitality was on a different level to rent a hotel would be a mistake, the pool was kept up, it was just an all around great experience, I plan to go back a few more times in 2017... Also conveniently located close to Hollywood beach, So no need to look any further youve found the right place to stay while in south Florida

Wow first i want to say thank you for having us at your place its truly amazing,felt right at home,very safe .my kids enjoyed every second specially your backyard with the pool,the light at night,the areas is very nice no need for sightseeing,because everythIng we needed was right there,felt like a family reunion to me. The rooms o my God very clean,spacious,very decorative with a roomy feeling ,my kids cant stop talking about Ms Sasha's place and can't wait to come back next year . Pus:thank you for helping us out on a very short time not to say within less than 24 hours you are truly a blessing to a familly,like mine we love you and stay bless and God bless you mon amie....

Horrible experience Rental listing Scam
Answered an add for the from Craigslist. Sasha asked me my budget. I told her 1000.00 a month. After meeting me on Hollywood Blvd at the CVS near her house 4204 Jefferson ST. She took my 1060.00. 60 she said was for house keeping and told me the room was no longer for rent. I didn't feel like hassling with it so I left. Beware do not rent from her.

WoW a wonderful extended vacation will be back!
We met Sasha and her puppy very late our filght was delayed and she was kind enough to wait up for us. She is fun and personable and her dog is very friendly. Her place is actually nicer than the photos. I see a review from someone named Jeffrey Scott on here and I'm wondering if you stayed in the same place we did? My wife and I stayed the month of Oct through Dec 2021 My Wife and I had a wonderful 2 month stay and the location is optimum for walking and playing golf. Very quiet environment. Walking or biking to several Caribbean restaurants. There is a grocery store very close and we had BBQ several times during our stay. I did notice One thing different on THIS SITE compared to other sites while doing our search, the phone number attached here is not the number? Either way WE definitely would recommend a 5 star review as we had a five star stay. Thanks again See you soon Sasha. Andy and Missy and 'rosie' too HA!

She is crazy
The woman is INSANE. Steals your stuff, gives you no privacy, threatens guests, makes them work around the house. The whole place is INFESTED with rats. Only stay here if its less than a week bc the woman is certifiably insane. She held a TOY gun to her head and told me she was gonna kill herself. She was also arrested for domestix violence againat a senior citizen. She really is crazy. Her real name is Esther Alexis Ferrari Laurca you can see her mugshot online. Do NOT make this a long term stay people you WILL regret it. She purposely got my husband and I fired from our job so we couldnt pay and would move so she could charge more for spring breakers.
