The home is nice and cozy. Anna was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay very much. It's location was close to the beach, grocery stores, park and the boardwalk. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Had a wonderful time and loved the house, especially the pool! House had everything you would need. It was close to the beach, dining, and shopping. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great time!!

At Home in Hollywood, Florida
We usually stay at a beach front hotel when we go to Florida either in Sunny Isles or Bal Harbour. But this time, we decided to change it up by staying in a house with a pool. Great decision! We enjoyed not having to valet park our car a few times a day (there are two driveways in front of the house), not having to wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator (walk in, walk out!) and having the pool to ourselves. We stayed at this home for one week. There were 6 of us which meant that the solarium was used to its full potential, the bedroom with the twin beds was also occupied and the master bedroom was our little retreat. The two washrooms came in handy. We took advantage of the perfectly stocked kitchen by cooking delicious dinners every night, eating breakfast either at the counter or in the garden and making sandwiches to take to the beach with us. At night, we felt safe in this very quiet neighbourhood and our morning coffee in the garden was the best way to start each day. The keyless front door added to the facility of coming and going: never did we have to wonder where the key was or who had it in their pocket. During our stay, we played tennis, we walked on the Hollywood boardwalk, we went to several beaches, enjoyed the backyard pool, went kayaking at a park, took a short plane tour above Miami, enjoyed a short cruise, shopped at Aventura, caught up with some friends, checked out the bars in Hollywood (Spice is very entertaining) and cooked delicious dinners. Communicating with Anna (the owner) was a breeze from the get go; she always answered our emails within a day. All in all, we recommend renting out this house for a restful vacation for a couple or a family.

Enclosed yard/pool surrounded by palm trees offers 2 dining areas. Covered patio with Weber grill accommodates grilling/dining in any weather! And a heated pool with evening lighting for 24 hour enjoyment!
Inside open breezy floor plan - many windows. Two lounging areas, large dining. All set on original Carribean tiles.
Kitchen fully updated with all new appliances, granite counters, dishwasher, ice maker, blender etc. Jumbo washer/dryer in separate laundry area.
