Cozy little house
It's an older house that needs fixing here and there, and we wish it had more kitchen supplies and utensils, but overall stay was great. We wondered if they had a grill outside and they didn't, but as soon as Nir heard we wanted to grill, 20 mins later he turned up with a brand new grill that he assembled for us. That was awesome, we grilled entire time we were there and loved it. Also, he gave us an option of a later check out, which was great too, that way we were able to hit the beach one more time before departing. Always ask, they're willing to work something out with you if their schedule allows. Out favorite beach was Hollywood beach, so close to the house and lots on shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. It was a great location and stay and would definitely recommend it! We were group of 7 and fit perfectly.

We are Sooo Close to the Beach, yet far away from the mayhem... just a 8 short minutes from getting your feet wet (2.5 Mil)

5 min from the Mardi Gras Casino and horse Track

Our place is close to CVS - Drug Store, Supermarket, Europa Market, Holiday Bowling Alley.
The space
This home has the ability to sleep 7 guests, in 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has it's own large ensuite bathroom and direct access to the patio outside. Located east of US1 and pembrooke road, a strategic location for easy access to major points of interest.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house including the fenced back yard. They may also use all the appliances and areas in the house. Guest do not have access to the one cabinet in the kitchen that will be locked.
Interaction with guests
As hosts, will be available 24/7 for any of your needs. One of us will be available to greet you and give you the keys upon arrival.
The neighborhood
It's like being at home, far away from home. The neighborhood has everything you'll need to help you enjoy a comfortable stay from coffee shops, groceries, gas station, restaurants etc, yet it's close to all the action of a beach vacation home!
Getting around
It's best to have a car. If you decide not to, Uber or Lift are always easy and cheap ways to get around since everything is so close.
Other things to note
If extra cleaning is needed during your stay, please advise and someone will be sent out to you on the day you request it for an extra charge. Otherwise, please keep the place clean with the cleaning products provided to you in the house. It is recommended, on long stays, that a general cleaning is done every 7 days. This included clean linen, windows, fridge, oven kitchen and bathroom in detail, floors, etc...
