As a single female this was the perfect size unit for me. However it is spacious enough to easily accommodate a family/group of 4. The mattress was comfy, the TV channels were plentiful and the closet was well stocked with towels, both shower and beach. I was also pleasantly surprised to find two beach chairs and a small hard side cooler were also available for use. While the building itself is a bit outdated, the only complaint I have is the elevators aren't dependable/fully operational. However since this unit is on the 3rd floor, taking the stairs wasn't as much of an issue as it would have been if it was several floors higher.

Located in the beautiful Hollywood Beach Resort which has just completed a restoration to the glory of its historic past! Newly decorated hallways, custom made carpeting installed in common areas, antique furniture, etc.!
Beautifully remodeled large studio apartment on the 3th floor with a queen sized bed and a double bed sleep sofa. View of the Ocean, fully furnished with kitchen, dining area, tiled bath, crown molding, linens, dishes, towelsall you need to enjoy your stay. Premium cable TV and high speed internet WiFi included in the rental rate.
Wonderful oceanfront pool, exercise room, and 24 hr security! Several restaurants and a convenience store available on site. Conveniently located directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk with four miles of shops & restaurants.
