Outstanding Studio
When we say "location, location, location" we mean it. 100 steps to the beach (I counted!) The studio is very roomy for two people with plenty of storage as we stayed for 16 days. (and brought plenty of clothes). Very comfortable queen size bed. The courtyard, grill area and covered patio with tables is VERY nice! We used the grill almost nightly. The pool area also VERY nice. A couple of days it was cooler and windy on the beach so the pool was PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed this comfy studio and the ease of the shops and restaurants of the broadwalk being steps away. Owners are gracious and extremely helpful. We already have booked for 2017!!!

Comfortable and very relaxing.
The property was very clean and well maintained and is just right for the perfect get away for vacationing and relaxing. There are also lots of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good beach apartment.

Very nice, clean unit. Pool is amazing snd grownds are well tsking csre off, and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Thank you Gail for a bottle of wine as a welcome present!!! We defenetely will return.

This is a Studio Apartment located a few steps from the Atlantis Ocean, just across the street from the White Sandy Beach of Hollywood. It comes with a full kitchen, a full bathroom and a seperate dressing area.This is a ground floor apartment that faces the Courtyard. The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport. It is centrally located between Miami and Ft.Lauderdale with easy access to South Beach.It is close to great Shopping, Fine Waterfront Dining, an afternoon at the Race Track or even a Night at the Casino.You are also a few minutes away from a Round of Golf and Deep Sea Fishing.It is also 5 minutes walk to the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.
There is the Hard Rock Casino 15 minutes away where you have numerous Restaurants and Bars and a whole lot of Shopping.It is also 5 minutes away from 3 other Casinos.
It is close to Dania Beach Jai-Alai, ,Gulfstream Casino and Race Track and Mardi Gras Casino and Dog Track.
It is 10 minutes away from Gulfstream Casino and Racetrack.There is also great shopping at the Mall of Gulfstream.You are also 10 minutes fron Aventura Mall where you have most of the popular Department Stores.
