The Tides is a beautiful, well maintained building right on the beach. Reasonable room and parking rates compared to hotels. The condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive to email. We were very happy with our accomodations. The security system for the complex is overkill but understandably if you don't want intruders. Looking forward to another stay!

Relaxing time in Hollywood
This 11th floor condo was a wonderful treat. The condo was clean, very well apportioned and was as-described in the photos and description. Max was easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here next year. Right on the beach and convenient to everything. The grounds, the pool and the beach were gorgeous. We ate on the balcony every night. Just a tremendous time.

Max and Nathalie were great hosts. The place was clean and nice. Right on the beach. Max was really nice and always available for whatever questions we had. Great place, great stay, would highly recommend !!
