this is a great property, very well furnished, very clean and well equipped for daily meals. we had a wonderful month in this unit enjoying the beach/pool and all the facilities that were available to us. GREAT VACATION CONDO!
This is a fabulous property right on the beach. Unit is clean and well maintained with a kitchen fully equipped to prepare decent meals .Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers(Aventura Mall). Distribution was perfect for two couples with two suites, laundry facility and fabulous decor.The layout will also work for a family with children.The owners even provide beach towels and toys. A car is needed for sightseeing and shopping. However, the unit has it's own parking space in a safe lot under the building, which made the location even more attractive The owners are very helpful and, amazingly, available for questions or concerns.The whole experience was marvelous.We will return with more family in the near future. Gaby's place is immaculate, well-appointed and quiet. The building is phenomenally well-managed, meaning that for guests, it's easy. It's easy to get your car. It's easy to walk to the pool or beach. It's easy to ask a question and get an answer. In short, it's easy living! Thanks Gaby!

Great apartment!
We had a great time! Everything was like in the pictures, clean and tidy! The location is good, close to everything, only 15 min drive to South Beach, 30 min to Ft Lauderdale, Wallmart only 800 meters away.. Pool was also great but you have to go there early if you want to have a sunbed to yourself.. And the beach is right there, that was great. The only bad thing was that the gym was out of order. I really hope that we can visit this condo again!!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two full-size beds. Both with walk in closets.
In the living room, a full size sofa bed.

The kitchen comes with everything and we also provide linens and towels.
It also has three flat-screen TVs 42', 32' and 32', microwave, wi-fi, cable, DVD, phone for local calls. Washer and dryer in the unit.
