Privacy, calm and fine deco are the three master-words of the villa.
There is a wi-fi internet connection everywhere in the house and 3 TV. Free phone calls everywhere in the USA and Canada. On the ground floor, large lounge room, fully tiled, with a three-seater sofa, a love seat, with nice deco and nice furniture, CD and DVD player. Fully equipped with all appliances, dinign corner and Bar corner with bar stools.
Laundry room with washer and dryer and one-car garage.
One bedroom with queen size bed and one bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms - one master suite with king size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds - are located upstairs with two additional bathrooms.
The private (heated) swimming pool has a solarium and a patio set (a table with 4 chairs, 3 bed-chairs) a security rail for kids and a covered lanai. The pool is very private and overlooks a lake

Attractions - Disney World : 20-minutes drive from the villa. - Universal Studios : 30 minutes North. - Sea World and Busch Gardens : some 30 minutes East. - Other additional attractions in the area include Cirque du soleil, Gatorland, zoos, aquatic parks, ... - Tampa and Cleawater beaches within an hour drive - A little further: Cape Canaveral (East) and The Everglades (South)
