Our fabulous house in Grassy Key, Florida Keys delights guests with a number of indoor activities. Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this particular vacation home will make your stay an unforgettable one. The beachfront home offers breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. A dining area, living room and a modern kitchen are the other features of this home.
The first two Master Bedrooms flaunt large bath and dressing area, private balconies, sitting areas and queen beds. The third bedroom is home to a bathroom and two twin beds. The home brings cool breeze and has ceiling fans.
The house was completed in February 1989 after two years of planning, design, and attention to detail. We think you will agree that both the site and the house are unusual and special. Certainly we know of nothing like it in Florida.
In the twenty acres that we own behind the house there are canals for swimming. As there is no development adjacent to these canals the water is clean and clear like a gigantic saltwater pool or quarry. The area is protected from the winter wind by trees and is often much warmer than the shore.
The house is on the end of quiet residential private road. This is not a good location for loud parties and destructive behavior.
